For every month you are subscribed, we’ll send you an exclusive watch right to your door. There’re 3 tiers for you to choose including Explorer Tier, Adventurer Tier and Collector Tier, you can choose between monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing. The longer the plan, the bigger the discount and more chance to win a ROLEX!
While you can purchase the same watches we offer in our subscription plans directly from our online shop, subscribing comes with special members-only discounts.
This means subscribing can save you significant amounts each month on the watches you love.
Additionally, a subscription lets you conveniently discover new styles monthly chosen just for you, without having to do extensive research browsing the shop.

We want your membership watch deliveries to begin without delay. If you subscribe between the 1st and 5th of the month, you'll have until the 10th (the cut-off date) to make any changes to your first box. Any order placed at or after midnight Eastern Time 00:00 ET (UTC -4) of the cut-off day will skip the next upcoming order.
Either way, we make sure you don't wait long to begin building your timepiece collection!

Head to your "Account" page > Click “Manage subscriptions” > Click "Subscription" tab > Click "Add a product" button and choose the plans you need.
Yes. You can manage your sunscription plan in your Account page with few easy steps:
Click “Manage subscriptions” > Click "Subscription" tab > Click on your active subscription plan > Scroll to the bottom and click "Swap product".
*Note: Any changes in your subscription tier will be reflected on your next renewal.

Yes. You have the option to either swap or skip a monthly box by the steps below:
Head to your "Account" page > Click “Manage subscriptions” > Click "Subscription" tab > Click on your active subscription plan > Scroll to the bottom and click "Skip this order".
*Note: Any changes in your subscription tier will be reflected on your next renewal.
You should cancel the subscription before the 10th of the following month. You can cancel your subscription in your Account page, where you can easily click “Cancel subscription”.
Make sure to finish all the steps until you reach the final confirmation page. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation that the subscription has been canceled.
You can also cancel it by sending us an email (email@example.com) with your ID and request. We'll help you out.
Shipping & Tracking
We currently ship in the United-States, Canada and the UK. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through firstname.lastname@example.org.
For Domestic U.S. shipments, we charge a flat rate fee of $10.
For International shipments, the cost will vary based on shipping destination.
Deliveries in Europe will have to pay custom taxes. Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 5-7 business days to process it for delivery. Please note that during the holiday season this may give a slower turn around for orders to ship. We will work hard to get orders out as soon as we can.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
- United-States: 3-5 days
- Canada: 3-5 days
- UK: 5-10 days
Yes. You can modify the shipping information in your account page. Be sure to modify it before the order is shipped, or you can only contact the delivery partner to send your package to the new address.
Once you have placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we’ll send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
*Note: There might be a delay sometimes if you find your order status is not updated in time, please allow up to 3 business days for it to appear.
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
Don’t panic. You could ask whether other members of your household, a neighbor, building doorman, concierge or mailroom may accept the package in your absence. Please be sure to check with these individuals first. If you still do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to help investigate the issue further.
Returns & Exchange
At Craftchain, we want you to be fully satisfied with every watch we deliver. We accept returns on all watches within 30 days of delivery. To return a watch, it must be in its original packaging and in pristine, unworn condition.
The amount of the return will be the value paid for the watch minus any membership discounts. We cannot refund initial shipping fees unfortunately.

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged when preparing your return with our support.
Returns within the US are free. You can refer to the delivery paper within your package to perform organize your return.
Returns from outside of the US are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are confirmed within 14 business days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 business days of our services accepting your return.
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We additionnaly offer support for PayPal and Google Pay.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD and EUR.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
The subscriptions renew automatically on the 5th of each month, you'll be charged at the same time.

We guarantee any of our product sold through our online store comes with the manufacturer's warranty. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold from our website.
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The return is made within 14 business days of the return or exchange request.

For any issues that occur after 30 days, we encourage members to work directly with the manufacturer under the warranty.
